To the Tampa Bay community and Frameworks supporters:
On behalf of the Frameworks of Tampa Bay board of directors, we have some important and exciting news about the future of the organization. Our wonderful CEO Elizabeth Reedy recently announced that she will be transitioning to the next stage of her career. We are pleased to share that Becky Elliott, our current Chief Operating Officer at Frameworks, will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer, effective July 1, 2026, the day Elizabeth departs the role.
During Becky’s tenure as COO, she has clearly demonstrated to the Frameworks organization, to the recipients and beneficiaries of Frameworks programs, and to the Board that her skills are a strong match for the current and future needs of our nonprofit organization.
In Becky’s own words, her excitement and commitment to the Frameworks mission are very evident. “I’m honored to step into this role at a time when emotional intelligence is more essential than ever. Every child deserves the skills to navigate emotions, build healthy relationships, and contribute positively to their communities. I’m grateful to the Board for this opportunity and excited to work with our staff and supporters to grow our reach and strengthen our impact for kids in Tampa Bay.”
Elizabeth and Becky will execute a well-organized transition plan over the next 4.5 months to ensure that the Frameworks organization and its beneficiaries continue to receive the same quality of operations, content, and delivery that has defined the organization under Elizabeth Reedy’s leadership.
We thank Elizabeth for all she has accomplished over the last seven years and look forward to Becky’s leadership as we continue to grow and expand partnerships with parents, families, mentors, schools, and youth-serving nonprofit partners, all strengthened by Frameworks and its mission to develop foundational emotional intelligence.
